I went to a great workshop with Robert Johnson. I learned a lot and have lots of things to practice. I am going to post some excerpts from the workshop paintings I started. I did not finish any of them....and thankfully Robert brought his magic touch to each canvas. I started this rose study on day 2. It was a short afternoon painting, and I decided to paint just this part of the set-up.
